Kick-Fit is a high-energy, Taekwondo-inspired workout for women of all fitness levels. Led by Master Inga Kreis, a 6th Dan Black Belt, Kukkiwon-Certified and Moo Duk Kwan Senior Instructor, this empowering class blends martial arts techniques with cardio and strength training to increase strength, flexibility, burn calories, boost your energy, reduce stress and learn self-defense. You will be hooked from the first punch!
